Drys Villas are located in the village Xirokampi just 20km out of the city of Chania and 4km from the beautiful beach of MALEME. There are 2 newly built Villas with marvelous view to the sea and are located in an olive forest. They are made of rock and wood just like the old traditional cretan way and is in harmony with the natural environment. Every villa has been built in an area of 1000 square feet having its own pool. 2 floor villa, 140 square meters, can habitate 6 to 8 individuals. In the basement there is the living room with a fireplace, TV & Satellite, fully equipped kitchen (refrigerate, kitchen, washing machine, microwave oven etc ), 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. On the upper floor there is a third bedroom, a bathroom and two big balconies. Next to the villa there is one swimming pool m^2, barbecue and our traditional wood oven as well as our private parking place.
