Board basis

BB : bed and breakfast
HB : half board ( breakfast + one meal per day, usually dinner)
FB : full board ( breakfast + two meals per day)
AL : all inclusive ( in addition to breakfast , lunch and dinner and at specific times during the day, coffee, cake or ice cream is served.

Check in / check out

Accommodation is usually ready for use at 14.00. However, you are kindly asked to be patient if arrival is earlier than the check in time. The check out is normally at 12.00!

Hotel information

Best Way Travel – tarveltocrete.gr has made the best in order to describe the hotels/ apartments/villas using the information which were given from the accommodation. We have no responsibility if hotels manager/owners have not informed us correctly or for any changes they have done to their properties in due time.

Online reservations and payment

Reservations for all of our services can be made according to availability only with use of credit card. The details given at the time of booking allow us to charge your credit card the amount is corresponding to your reservation.

When a request is made for availability, you will receive from us confirmation within 48 hours, whereby we are given to you an option date for 2-3 days. Within this period you have to inform us if you are interested to proceed the booking. In this case you will receive booking confirmation and payment details.

Travel documents

When your reservation has been completed , your credit card details will verified by the bank and the amount has been debited, you will receive your travel documents in a form of voucher by email. You have to print this voucher and show it upon arrival, (e.g. for a hotel booking- show the voucher at the reception. ) depending on the service is booked.

Extending stay / premature departure

If you would like to stay more, please let us know and we will try to assist you but you have to know that it is not always possible to be. If, for any reason you discontinue your stay and leave earlier, you will have no claim to a possible refund.

Damages / complains during stay

Guests are obliged to report any damages to the reception and the hotel manager / owner is responsible to inform you about the charges. Damages which are not reported during the stay, will be charged later to the customers.

Any complaints must be reported during the stay and before the departure of the guest. Any complain which is reported after departure will not be considered.

Cancellation policy

For cancellations, for all services, made by customers during the period before arrival as mentioned below, we will withhold the following amounts as cancellation fees:
• up to 8 weeks = 0% cancellation fee
• 8-6 weeks = 30% cancellation fee
• 6-4 weeks = 50% cancellation fee
• 4-2 weeks = 80% cancellation fee
• Less than 2 weeks = 100% cancellation fee.

There are some cases where is valid different cancellation policy , depending on hotels /apartments/villas and/or any other services cancellation policy. Please be sure that you have read the cancellation policy before booking. In case of non show = no claim for refund can be accepted.

Modification

Traveltocrete.gr may at any time modify/change these terms and conditions and your continued use of this site will be conditioned upon the terms and conditions in force at the time of your use!
